How the Lists Work: Participants appear on the list(s) for which they enrolled. If a participant is enrolled in more than one age/grade category, they will appear on more than one list. Participants enrolled in the "ALL" category appear on all mailing lists. The Master List shows all project participants (and serves as the Mailing List for those in the "ALL" category). EVERY participant will RECEIVE both "snail mail" postcards and "electronic" postcards. This is not a choice. Participants may choose to SEND whichever type of card they wish. This includes cards sent through the postal service, electronic cards, or a combination of "snail mail" and "electronic" cards! |
The "Mailing List" lists are in mailing label format. They include mailing information ("snail mail" and e-mail) for participants in each category (K-2, 3-5, 6-8, 9-12 and ALL). |
| Participants who wish to work with "raw data" generated by the project will find the Master Table of Participants quite useful! It allows sorting of project information by: Participant ID, City, State, Country, Contact Person, Grade Level Taught, Number of Students, Category. |

Don't be "Missing in ACTION!" When the project begins, our mailing list will also begin. You should receive a daily message, from this list. If you receive no messages, your submitted e-mail address is probably not working. You MUST be on this mailing list. It is the only way you can receive updates and announcements about the project and project participants. A non-working e-mail address will cause a good deal of frustration for participants trying to send you electronic cards, too. If we are unable to remedy a non-working e-mail address, we will have to drop your class from the project. If you believe your address is correct but you realize that you are not receiving the listserv, please work with your system administrator to ensure that the existing address works reliably. By clicking on the signature below, you may send me mail and I will try to help, as well. Thank you! |
